The Prospering International Property Marketplace – Fostered by Property Index

October 30th, 2008

Notwithstanding the fact that PropertyIndex.com is still a pretty young concern, doing business since March 2007, they were swift to attain to expert status. They are actually a extremely straightforward concern and focus on helping anyone who is expecting to rent, buy, sell or let property in most popular areas of the world. Their affirmation is to offer you assistance to light on just what you have need of fast and, of course, without pain.

Land is anywhere in the world at present, arguably the elite area being property for sale in Spain. It should really be easy as ABC to specify the superb real estate you can purchase in Spain, one reason for opting for land here being a combination of the houses and apartments available and the wonderful possibility of spending your life amongst this lively and animated population. It is one of the truly fashionable areas at present, and in view of the overall attractiveness and the wonderful sunshine surrounding you here, how can you go wrong. Land in Spain is immersed in culture, art and history, this region is and has always been home to numerous civilizations.

There are a range of properties in Spain for sale on Property Index, from villas to apartments.

Just 25 years ago there’d be a mere trickle of Britons keen on real estate in Spain. Ask any person who has chosen to relocate to Spain and they are certain to back it up. Well, some would are wont to call it a passing vogue and others are wont to call it a that’s more or less an obsession… Customers that are willing to transfer to this place may extend from young working couples who are looking for a life perspective to seniors planning to enjoy their retirement. Bear in mind, however, that you are liable to encounter some perplexities when purchasing real estate overseas — you’ll have to cope with a million procedures to cope with whether planning, surveying or finalizing the deal. If you only miss but a single minor action this is sure to well trigger wide-ranging perplexities plus, more important, a financial hammering.

Obviously and expectably with this favored destination, real estate may be pretty expensive in this destination and this, of course, is merely on account of the expanding market pressure. However, real estate buyers patently are spoiled in such a location determined by great land and bright setting. It offers practically everything a patron might hunger for etc.

What to Know before You Go to Manhattan

October 28th, 2008

Manhattan is the heartbeat of New York City and has become tantamount with the city as a whole. Manhattan itself is home to Wall Street, as well as a number of artistic and cultural focal points. The Island of Manhattan can be roughly broken up into Downtown, Midtown and Uptown areas, each of which feature a number of outstanding points of interest.

Positioned to the south of 14th Street, Downtown Manhattan is the site of the Financial District which runs along Wall Street, including the rebuilt World Trade Center and Battery Park, from which you can access the Statue of Liberty by boat. Numerous admired cultural areas downtown, including Greenwich Village Tribeca and Soho feature significant architecture, hip eats and plenty of shopping. Another well liked target downtown is Manhattan, which runs along Canal Street.

Midtown is located between 14th Street and Central Park, and is home to a important arts scene. The center|core|axis|hub|heart} of arts life in the city is the Theater District which encompasses Broadway, Times Square and Hell’s Kitchen, as well as the Madame Tussaud’s. The Midtown area is a convenient location for tourists to stay as there are loads of hotels in New York in the section. Other popular sections consist of Gramercy Flat Iron, a cool residential district, as well as the fashion centerpoint Chelsea District.

Made up in large part by Central Park, Upper Manhattan includes the Tisch Children’s Zoo, the Whitney Museum of Art and quite a lot of museums all through the Upper East and West side. In addition, the area is thehome to Columbia University in Morningside Heights, the old Harlem community and Washington Heights.

Each of the Island of Manhattan’s matchless districts carry their own sense of history, as well as well liked points of interest from first-class arts to cuisine. A jaunt to New York is not finished without a thorough tour of Manhattan’s greatest destinations. There is an excellent reason that the island has come to characterize the public face of New York city. Manhattan is one of the world’s foremost cultural capitals and continues to set the standard in commercial and artistic trends.

Battery Chargers

October 28th, 2008

Many new portable appliances and electronic devices use
rechargeable batteries. Cars, boats, and motorcycles are also
equipped with rechargeable batteries. How do battery chargers
differ for each type of battery? What are the different options
for recharging batteries?

Auto and marine and truck batteries are 12 volt batteries.
Chargers for 12 volt batteries are much more advanced than
traditional versions. Battery chargers such as the Battery
Minder charge batteries without overcharging which can ruin
a battery. Another very useful tool for auto and marine
batteries are jump starters. Many newer models are portable and
can jump start up to 30 cars without having to be recharged. A
great model is the PowerTank jump
start equipped with a florescent light and battery tester. Solar
battery chargers are available for a wide range of devices. ICP Solar chargers
are great for people on the go.

Cell phones, PDAs, and other small electronic devices use
different chargers than auto or marine batteries. Typical small
appliance battery
chargers are wall or desk mountable. They can charge
batteries much quicker than conventional battery chargers. Some
even pop out the battery when it is fully charged to avoid the
“memory effect” that is common with NICD batteries. ICP Solar
chargers are also available for small portable appliances. When
charging a cell phone battery, chargers vary greatly by brand
and are only compatible with the cell phone manufacturer.

Many types of batteries are rechargeable. However, choosing a
battery charger varies for each type of battery. Factors include
voltage, type of battery, for example, lithium, NICD or lead
acid, all require a different type of battery charger
because they use different technologies. How a battery is
charged can greatly affect the life of a battery, so it is
important to follow procedure for each type of battery for
proper charging.

History Helped Shape The Future of Remote Viewing.

October 28th, 2008

History Helped Shape The Future of Remote Viewing.

The public perception of Remote Viewing should not be dictated by opportunistic story tellers but the history needs to be recorded by the factual events and the actual people. It all began between the years of 1982 and 1983 while a prominent psychic who was working with a world-renowned physicist realized a breakthrough discovery in psychic phenomenon. The discovery was the existence of a set of protocols which could produce accurate psychically derived data on a consistent basis using only a trained mind and a stack of plain white paper. The psychic research project was initially funded by the CIA and then later picked up by the DIA. This was the military’s competitive response to the alleged Soviet psychic warfare program during the cold war. Even though there was a hope for psychic performance, nobody really expected the results that were discovered and put into motion. The most astounding fact was that they (we) had proven that this new psychic technique could be taught like a language and anyone could learn it.

This was the beginning of something very substantial – a technology that turned psychically derived data from a happenstance gift into a skill that anyone could learn. And just like any other skill, personal performance improves with practice. For the first time in human history, this not only proved the existence of the sixth sense but forever changed what was possible to achieve with the human mind. And for those that actually practiced and mastered this new skill, they foresaw the opening of a completely new era of consciousness, a place where only a few would feel comfortable with the knowledge and even fewer would want to tread.

The discoverers named this new technology Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) and kept it a tightly held secret throughout the eighties. There were only five people initially trained and only two out of the five served in the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) newly formed Remote Viewing unit. The other three left and did not continue to practice their new learned skill. However, two officers who were trained CRVers trained others and for a short time they enjoyed a working environment where CRV could strut its stuff – but it didn’t last long. The coming of Desert Storm and the rotating fabric of the institutional umbrella of government caused this very curious top secret unit to become a revolving door where people were passed off for lack of assignments or to wait out their retirements.

By 1995 the unit had passed through the hands of a number of military and civilian administrators who, either for ego or just sheer ignorance, turned it into a psychic circus. They brought in tarot card readers and channelers to work with only one partially trained remote viewer who was left. Secretaries were being solicited to channel and street witches were performing readings. It’s no wonder that this group lost its government funding and was picked back up as a research program by the CIA in the early nineties. This was the sketchy group that two civilian researchers were sent to evaluate and finally served in putting a final kibosh to with their “1995 CIA/AIR Report.” It’s surprising that the report was as positive as it was considering there were no remote viewers left. But they claimed that they were evaluating “remote viewing” and that “the program” had spanned throughout a twenty four year period of time. Unbeknownst to the two researchers, they had no access to the DIA’s RV operational unit which had been utilizing the phenomenal breakthrough discovery for almost a decade.

In 1995, the CIA hired the most powerful publicity agency in the country to announce its grand declassification of their “Remote Viewing program”. The reason they declassified their program at this time was because PSI TECH had launched a book deal and was about to go public with its Technology in a big way.

The CIA set up several interviews on national TV news shows and brought out one of their natural psychics and two researchers to tell the public that such an experimental psychic spy program did exist BUT that it could not be taught to others or scientifically proven. The CIA’s declassification campaign was clever in that it used just enough truth wrapped around several mistruths and omitted the pivotal breakthrough discovery that ANYONE could be taught to do this.

PSI TECH had already been promulgating Remote Viewing information to the public since 1991 so the avid PSI seekers and special interest groups had already been privy to real information about “the Remote Viewing Operational Unit” from where PSI TECH had sprung. The 1995 CIA Campaign publicized the declassification of only “their” specific Remote Viewing research program. They did not address or mention the DIA’s decade of the RV operational unit, nor PSI TECH’s earlier release of this information. The CIA’s Grand Publicity Campaign served only to confuse the issues and diminish the veracity of PSI TECH’s mission. The CIA spin doctors old maneuver of trickery by omission was successful and they knew that good old competitive capitalism would finish the job for them.

During the resulting flurry of media attention, PSI TECH stood firmly behind its pre-released information. The stories raged and claims of people claiming to be “military remote viewers” began sprouting up like weeds everywhere. It became a marketing feeding frenzy and even people involved in the earlier research programs who have never done a formal remote viewing session, emerged as so-called “Expert Remote Viewers.” Some of the periodic participants (and their friends) from the late days of the DIA’s operational unit’s revolving door became “psychic warriors” by writing books and doing seminars, and even the civilian administrators who were never trained cashed in by writing books and making creative remote viewing claims.

Now, there are annual conferences on the subject of Remote Viewing which bear little to no semblance of the breakthrough discovery of the technology. They present an array of psychics, channelers, spoon benders, dowsers, spiritual healers, astronauts, psychic researchers, UFOers, hypnotists, and former military administrators – all claiming to be “remote viewers” or “remote viewing experts.” New phantom methods of RV have sprung up from unheard of schools and sources nobody ever heard of, represented as professionals at “the Remote Viewing Conferences”.

The few of us who really practice this technology know its veracity, its pitfalls and its potential but we cannot constantly be on the campaign trail or we would have little time left to work as professional TRVers. Only 5 years ago the term ‘remote viewing’ brought up about 6 entries in internet search engines but today on Google 807,000 entries come up under ‘Remote Viewing.’ Amazing!

The question no longer is how many people will have access to this technology but rather how many people will be able to access ‘real’ training amid the swirling storms of deception and confusion. Already the prerequisite has become that a person have an intense desire to investigate by drudging through the weeds or they need to already be psychic or just plain lucky. One thing is for certain. After a person has been trained at PSI TECH, there is no longer a question what is myth, what is muddle and what is sheer madness.

PSI TECH was founded by one of the five people who was originally trained by the discoverer. This individual was transferred out of the DIA’s RV unit in 1988. In 1989 while still on active duty in another department, he, along with a two star general, formed a private corporation utilizing Coordinate Remote Viewing, (which was still classified a top secret technology) as its main product. However, only the trained Remote Viewers were hired and worked for PSI TECH. One of the company’s first projects was to locate Saddam’s hidden biological weapons during Desert Storm.

In 1991, the founder retired from the military and PSI TECH was on its own as a private corporation whose goal was the same as the General who had helped usher it out the military. As the Chairman of this visionary new company, he felt that “it was mankind’s birthright to have access to this technology” and thus, the mission of PSI TECH was born; “To put this technology into as many hands as possible.” Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) was renamed Technical Remote Viewing (TRV) and in 1991 PSI TECH barged into the corporate sector with a new product that only a few individuals had ever heard of and even fewer could perform. PSI TECH was faced with the new reality of civilian commerce which resembled a war with unmarked enemies and no structure or rules. Operating a corporation was very different than operating in the military.

We have come a long way since those early days in the military, and we continue to forge ahead like the pioneers we need to be. TRV is real and it works. For the future of mankind it will play a role as significant as the invention of fire, changing the very face of consciousness. After a decade of real world experience training countless numbers of individuals via live classroom trainings and self-study videos, PSI TECH’s new third generation TRV training technology has been merged with the power of the internet. Now, anyone who really wants to install this skill into their mind can do so, quickly and easily, anywhere and at any time. Who will be the pilgrim souls to pick up and carry the torch?

Walkie Talkies

October 25th, 2008

In this age of the mobile phone, walkie talkies, or two-way radios, seem like an anachronism. However, many people who grew up before the 1990s may recall that no respectable private eye or detective story was complete without a walkie talkie being used while following a suspect or chasing a criminal!

You may not be the sort who likes to follow suspects or chase criminals as part of your daily activities, but you could still use a walkie talkie in your daily life. If you enjoy outdoor activities, love to go motorcycling, work in a school, college, pub or club or look after a little baby at home, you would find a walkie talkie a very useful gadget. You may need a walkie talkie system if your job requires you to move around from one point to another within a three kilometre range. The benefit over mobile phones is that they are license free and do not have any associated call charges.

For instance, you can use a regular baby monitor if you are at home downstairs and your baby is asleep upstairs, but what happens if you need to visit a neighbour? Some walkie talkies have a wider range than regular baby monitors and also include a “baby monitor” mode. You can leave one radio in the baby’s room and take the other wherever you gowhen the baby wakes up or begins to cry, you will know at once. The Cobra MT725 Value Pack is ideal for this.

Workers in pubs or clubs, or teachers and staff members in schools and colleges would find walkie talkies very effective and useful when communicating with colleagues. In both cases, workers and staff members may have to respond to emergencies, and may not be near a telephone. Walkie talkies can be clipped onto belts, and come with an earpiece-microphone combination to enable discreet communication. All you need to do to send a message is to press the Push to Talk button on the handset.

Motorcyclists can use a walkie talkie system that fits into their motorcycle helmets, along with the Push to Talk button that is mounted on the motorcycle handlebar or the recommended voice activation via a MICVOX. If you plan a motorcycle holiday with a group of friends, this system should enable you to stay in touch, over a distance of a mile, in all kinds of weather. You will also find a walkie talkie very useful on a skiing or mountaineering holidayyou may not be able to use mobile phones in the mountains or abroad as the roaming charges may be more than you want to pay!

If you are on the lookout for a suitable walkie talkie, all you need to do is take a virtual walk down our aisles at BB-Shopping.com. We stock Cobra and Entel Euro-Wave walkie talkies that you can use at home and outdoors. You can also purchase walkie talkie accessories and download manuals from our site.

Tarot Decks Come in Three Flavors

October 23rd, 2008

Interested in learning how to read Tarot cards? If so, one of your first decisions will be “What style of deck should I use”.

Although there are now hundreds of brands of Tarot decks, most fall into one of three general styles — Marseilles, Rider-Waite-Smith (also called Rider-Waite, or just RWS), and Thoth.

There are 78 cards in a Tarot deck — 13 cards in each of four different suits, plus an extra 22 cards called the “Trump” cards. These 22 trump cards are known as the Major Arcana, the remaining 56 cards are called the Minor Arcana. It’s the treatement of the Major and Minor Arcana that determines which general style your deck follows.

The first style — Marseilles — follows the traditional, old-school style found in early Tarot decks. The artwork on the Major Arcana tends to be simple and limited to only a few colors. The Minor Arcana looks much like ordinary playing cards — there are four face cards (King, Queen, Knight, Page) and 10 “pip” cards (Ace through Ten). Again, the artwork on the face cards tends to be simple. The pip cards don’t have artwork other than a “pip” count. For instance, a Five of Swords will have five swords depicted on the card.

The Marseilles style looks so much like playing cards because Tarot decks were originally used to play a card game! It wasn’t until later that mystics began to use these decks for divinatory purposes.

The second style of deck — RWS (After Rider, the publisher, Waite, the designer, and Smith, the artist) — was published in the early 1900’s. It was designed from the very beginning for magickal use.

Because of this, the artwork is much more complex and symbolic. The Major Arcana and the face cards are much more colorful, lifelike, and detailed. It’s the Minor Arcana, though, where you’ll find the main difference.

Rather than use simple counts, the artist (Pamela Coleman Smith — who also illustrates childrens adventure stories) decided to draw vignettes of people engaged in some phase of everyday life. Because of this, the pip cards are highly enriched and yield many thoughtful perspectives — what are the people thinking, what are their motivations, what are their fears, etc — to enrich Tarot readings.

The final deck style is the Thoth style — named after a deck designed by Aleister Crowley and painted by Lady Freida Harris. The Thoth deck was intended for magickal use from the very beginning. The paintings are surrealistic and highly symbolic. Thoth adds a new technique to the mix, though. Each non-face card of the Minor Arcana has a subheading describing some motivation or aspect — things like Happiness, Luxury, Virtue, Oppression, etc. Because of this, some readers find it easy to read with Thoth decks. Thoth decks also make it easy to draw from other esoteric disciplines — astrology, for example — in order to create inspired Tarot readings.

Most decks you’ll find in a bookstore will follow one of these three basic styles. Marseilles styles will use pip counts, RWS styles will use pip scenes, and Thoth styles tend to be surrealistic but label the Minor Arcana with additional descriptions.

Hair Loss for Guys Can Be Awful

October 21st, 2008

Loss of hair in boys affects 8 million in the UK, the most common kind of baldness is male pattern baldness. The loss of hair might well start as early as 20 and cause emotional issues. Read about hairloss from Carl Howell Advanced Hair Studio now.

Male pattern baldness is regularly hereditary and will affect guys as well as women. The baldness seems due to the hair follicles on the scalp getting smaller and the hair falling out. Hair loss ordinarily follows a hair loss pattern around the hair line and also at the middle of your scalp.

Going bald is not curable and does not directly affect your actual health, although your emotional health might often become affected through the feeling of not being confident.

There are 3 eye-opening big league treatments for loss of hair, Minoxidil, Finasteride and Strand by Strand from Advanced Hair Studio. The first big league male pattern baldness treatment is a topical cream that is applied on the head and is available from chemists. It works through reducing and slowing down the speed of baldness, simply fantastic. The second treatment works through minimising the chain reaction of the baldness hormone. The mind-blowing Strand by Strand hair restoration technique from Advanced Hair Studio, aka AHS, uses the very latest hair loss technology and involves new hair regrowth appearing on the scalp strand by strand over time. With both the Minoxidil and Finasteride treatments they need to be consistently applied and taken for the hair growth effects to keep working.
