Discover a Juicy Dildo for a Lovely Orgasm with your Mistress

June 26th, 2008

Some boys have a perplexing time keeping a tooled up pecker and some gals have extremely long sex drives, meaning it takes the woman an astonishingly long time to climax Because of this difference in sex drives, intercourse will turn into a boring and unsatisfying session. That’s why big dildos can only be helpful. If the bloke climaxes early in the game, or even if the girl just takes longer than her man, he can continue to penetrate the lady with the juicy dildo. That way all sexual fun does not have to stop. It gives the male substantial time to charge his batteries and keeps the lady stimulated. So that when he is prepared to come back into the game, the woman will still be aroused enough to accept the male. Never spend an evening bored with Sex Toys available online.

Your most erogenous soft spot is your mind. And as significantly as loads of females won’t admit this, the penis is a symbol of fertility, no matter how massive or tiny, it is still associated with fertility. Penetrating your lady with a dildo can only make a fantasy of power fun reality.

Some females love the sensation of feeling full in their vagina or back passage. Whenever a sensual toy such as a slim dildo, penetrates the vagina or bottom, the muscles contract around it. Numerous girls see the tightening of the above muscles to be wonderfully enjoyable.

4 Ways to Get a Prospect’s Attention Fast

June 25th, 2008

Can you remember the last dozen advertising messages beamed at you today? Can you remember even one of them? Most people can’t.

This illustrates a major obstacle you need to overcome before you can successfully promote your product or service. You have to capture a prospective customer’s attention in the first few seconds or your sales message will be ignored. This is especially important on the Internet where a visitor can simply click away from your website …forever.

Here are 4 proven techniques you can use to quickly capture a prospect’s attention.

1. Make a Dramatic Statement

Did you ever write a headline for an ad, web page or other sales message? You probably used a dramatic statement. It’s the most obvious way to get someone’s attention. For example:

“Lose 8 Pounds in the Next 2 Weeks without Dieting”
“My Doctor Uses These Nutritional Products”
“Increase Your Sales and Reduce Your Advertising Expenses

Tip: Your dramatic statement will be most effective when it describes a major benefit for your prospect.

2. Surprise Them with Something Unexpected

Unexpected surprises always attract attention. It’s often negative attention caused by something going wrong. But you can also use an unexpected surprise to attract positive attention. It happened to me last week.

The office supply company I use sent me a letter announcing an automatic $50 deduction off my total bill for this month. I immediately placed an order for items I was not planning to buy for another month or two. I even stocked up on several items I normally buy elsewhere.

Their unexpected surprise got my attention and generated a large order at a time I hadn’t planned on buying anything.

3. Ask a Provocative Question

I once saw a direct mail letter that began with the question, “If you’re such a smart executive why aren’t you making a six figure income?” Not many executives could resist reading that letter, especially if they are not making a six figure income.

Provocative questions startle your prospects and compel them to find out more. Here are 2 more examples of provocative questions:

“Why are you paying so much for your health insurance?”
“Do you really expect to get rich working for somebody else?”

4. Get Personal

Personalization also attracts immediate attention. Your personalization can be individualized or group oriented.

Use “Individualized Personalization” when you are communicating directly with one person by email, postal mail, telephone, etc. Use your prospect’s name. It’s the number one attention grabber.

For examplem merge the name into the subject line and the opening line of your email message. Do the same in your postal mail. Include any other personal information you know about them in your communication.

Personalizing with a name is easy when you are communicating directly with one prospect. But how can you get personal with a prospect visiting your web site, reading your ad or listening to your radio commercial?…

Use “Group Oriented Personalization” when you are not communicating directly with one person. You can get personal by referring to known characteristics of prospects in your targeted market. For example, use phrases like:

“When you started your business…” for business owners.
“Your favorite NFL team…” for sports fans.
“Every mother knows…” for women with children.

Group Oriented Personalization is not as effective as using a person’s name. But it still attracts attention because your prospect can react to it with, “that’s me”.

Take some time today to plan how you can use these four proven techniques to attract more attention to your sales messages. The results will probably surprise you. So will the increase in your sales and profits.

When Kids Hurt Parents

June 24th, 2008

The cruel callous remarks made by our offspring can sometimes wound us deeply, to the very core of our soul. The hurtful words of our children can scar us like no other. They are capable of hurting us with the deepest kind of hurt. When the words “I hate you” spurt forth from the mouth of a five year old in the throes of a temper tantrum we tend to overlook them. When words such as those are hurled at us from the lips of our teenage or adult offspring they cut sharper than any blade forged from steel. The wound can fester leaving us open and vulnerable to future hurt. We forgive them. They’re our children, we love them so how can we not forgive them? Yet the pain of such damaging words still lingers. In the back of a parent’s mind, it is only natural that doubt should remain. Did he really mean what he said or was it just anger talking? Does my child really hate me? Have I failed as a parent?

We’re only human so we’re bound to question ourselves. We automatically assume that our offspring are acting out due to our own inadequacies as a parent. We are left feeling a jumble of mixed emotions. We feel angry with our children for the tone they’ve taken with us; we feel angry with ourselves for not raising them better but most of all we feel hurt. We wonder what we’ve done to deserve such treatment. Times have changed. Children are more outspoken and candid with their parents but a change of times should not warrant disrespect. As a teenager I would have never treated my mother with the type of disrespect that is so common these days. Certainly we had our moments like every parent and child but I would not have deliberately spoken out against her with malice or contempt.

Many parents tend to blame themselves to the point that they will utterly deny any disrespect directed toward them from their own children. This is done more to protect themselves rather than their offspring. To admit disrespect on the part of their children would be to admit failure on their part. Parents shouldn’t always blame themselves for the shortcomings of their daughters and sons. We do the best we can and each child is different as is each parent. It used to be that parents expected too much of their children. Although that still occurs, it seems the roles have reversed to some extent. Now, children expect too much of their parents. This is due in part to the commercialism and competitiveness of the world we live in. Society is one huge commercial venture.

Oftentimes parents are expected to have better jobs, nicer cars and bigger houses. If they can’t provide their offspring with fat allowances and the newest name brand clothes they may be labeled a bad parent. Many teenagers have an issue with respect. They fully expect others to treat them with respect but they certainly don’t know how to treat others, including their own parents, the same way. Teaching kids good old fashioned values may work for some but definitely not all. Sadly, it appears the temptations of today’s world seem to be winning out. Perhaps, divine justice will prevail when our children reap what they sow through their own children.

The Blossoming Universal Real Property Markets — Accomodated by The PropertyIndex.com Company

June 21st, 2008

The Property Index site has a vast range of property for sale in Spain, view the range online.

Albeit Property Index is generally viewed as a fairly young business, starting their business only in March of 2007, they have swiftly established expert status. They are a fairly artless business entirely concentrated on offering consultation services to any individual who is meaning to buy, sell, etc. property across the globe. They guarantee help you pinpoint exactly what you crave for very quickly and, likewise, sans hassle. Land is at your fingertips just about anywhere at the moment, maybe the most called for area being property you can purchase in Spain. It should really be a no brainer to list the marvelous real property available in Spain, the explanation for picking property here is a combination of the houses and apartments for sale and the glorious chance of being able to live surrounded by such a passionate population.

It is one of the truly fashionable regions at the moment, and in view of the scenic beauty and the wonderful sunshine surrounding you here, who could go wrong! Land in Spain is immersed in culture, art and history, this region is and has always been home to many indigenous cultures. Around thirty years back there’d be only very few of English keen on real property in Spain. Just ask everyone who has chosen to remove to Spain and they’ll tell you the same. Well, some would are wont to call it a simple fashion and others are wont to call it a more or less a fixation! Patrons who will migrate here may extend from newly weds keen on an exciting new life perspective to the elderly who want to have fun.

Note that there might be obstructions when buying real property overseas — there will be a hundred procedures when organising, touring or actually purchasing. If you miss out on one single minute step this could easily escalate impassable obstructions not to forget, even more importantly, monetary loss. As you may probably have counted on with this trendy location, real property may be high priced in this region and that’s plainly caused by the high market pressure. However, clients are somewhat spoilt in a part of the world so wonderful in terms of sun soaked geography and panorama. Patently it offers all, stock and barrel, clients may feasibly crave, and lots more.

What a Year 2005 Softball Season

June 19th, 2008

What a Year it has been for my daughter, Samantha (Manteee).
As I look back at her softball season I can see my daughter going through many different moods. She was happy and sad, frustrated and exhilarated. Allow me to elaborate.

Softball season started in April and Manteee’s team won their first two games. They looked good gaining wins. She was playing shortstop, getting on base and hitting ok. Then four straight loses seemed to dim her spirit. She stopped hitting, which led to her being frustrated. She told me she was not having fun playing her game.

Then came a 12 game winning streak for the Indian Hills Braves. Whoop dee doo. County ranking improved. The team was having some fun, but my daughter was still not her same old self. Over the year I saw her improve on her overall game. Her fielding range improved as did her base running. But her hitting was not excelling. She was sad. As tough a competitor that she is. Her drive to hit well was getting to her. She would tell me how much she tried and felt bad that she was not succeeding. I felt terrible for her.

Then the New Jersey State Championships. Only the best get into this tournament. Indian Hills was rated third in the State in the Northern one section of Group 2. First game they win 1-0 and she scores the winning run. Second game same results, 1-0 and again she crosses home plate. She goes two for three. Game three against last years champ, Jefferson, goes 18 innings. Manteee knocks in the winning run. She was exhilarated. She was at the top of her game.

And now, the championship game, against Hopatcong, at our home field. We were ranked third and they were ranked fourth. There were more fans for this game than for any game all year. Fans from both schools were screaming, clapping and cheering. I loved playing in these type of games.

It was not to be for us. Indian Hills loses 4-0. We make three errors in one inning. My daughter is heartbroken. I go to her. She buries her head in my chest and cries. She later told my wife that she felt she let the team down.

She had her ups and downs. She knows what she needs to improve upon. Next year cannot arrive too early.

Do We Take The Internet For Granted?

June 19th, 2008

One small change made a huge impact in a day in the life of Zardinia Zaffas.

I can see you right now. You’re sitting at your desk staring into the computer screen, the Internet is connected and the information is flowing like a river. If you are at work, you are randomly checking email, News sites and interesting topics in between your necessary tasks. There’s a woman like you out there, her name is Zardinia Zaffas and this is an interesting tale about a recent day in the life of her world.

Monday morning was like any other to Zardinia: waking up to the sound of 60’s music on her clock radio, breakfast of the usual oatmeal with maple syrup, grapefruit with a little brown sugar, peppermint tea and of course her favorite food-the sacred Pink Lady apple. This is followed by 20 minutes of yoga and a nice hot shower, then jump in the car and down the highway to her job as a software programmer.

However when Zardinia walked into the office on this particular Monday she could sense something was wrong. It was like an anxious buzzing cloud of confusion was raining weirdness in the air. As she sat down her supervisor walked up and gave her the news. The company’s Internet connection was temporarily ‘out of order’ and would be fixed at an indeterminate time. Well, life sure is unpredictable.

After logging in she realized she no longer had her usual access to the daily News information. Deciding to go down to the lobby where the newspapers were sold she took a ride down the elevator and grabbed a copy. Back at her desk as she perused through the International section she heard the sound of a throat being cleared. Looking up over the paper she saw the face of her supervisor once again, although this time his demeanor had gone through an obvious transformation.

“We don’t pay our staff to read newspapers here Miss Zaffas. If you want to read the Newspaper please do it on your own time at lunch or at home.” he said obviously agitated.

Zardinia’s face contorted with obvious surprise, “I’m sorry Mr. Stevenson.” A red sunset spread across her cheeks. “I’ll get back to work sir.”

Back at her desk after doing a few jobs Zardinia realized that she needed to make a few emails to her friends about her party on the weekend, but of course this was no longer possible as the Internet was down. After making a few calls she got onto her good friend Tommy Vasquez. After one of his patented jokes directed at her about the lack of romance in a single person’s lifestyle, she unfortunately didn’t realize how loud she had been laughing. Again a looming presence of towering shadow blocked out the light in front of her.

“Oh man.” She mumbled to herself. Another thought swam slowly through her mind, “I don’t think I’ve ever seen this guy so many times in one day.”

“Miss Zaffas, I’m sure that is not a personal call. Is it?” Mr. Stevenson was starting to resemble a hydroponically grown candy apple red tomato.

“I’ve got to go Tommy.” Hanging up the phone quickly Zardinia looked down sheepishly, but then suddenly stood up and looked Stevenson directly in the eye. This silenced the man and she went back to work at her computer as Stevenson walked away shaking his head in bewilderment. After working for a while she realized how much she missed searching the Web for all the random interesting thoughts that passed through her mind everyday.

“Not having the Net really sucks. It’s like I’m addicted or something. Or is it that I just can’t get away with murder anymore.” She whispered out loud.

Zardinia could be addicted to the Internet, a lot of people are; most of the good things in life have people who just can’t have enough of them. But I think in Zardinia’s case it’s more the fact that she’s gotten used to the hidden freedoms lying in the Web. It is often the case that we only realize how important and useful something is when we no longer have it. Maybe we need to have more appreciation and gratitude for this new tool that so many of us use without even thinking.

Horner’s Syndrome: A Medical Discovery from the American Civil War

June 19th, 2008

Unequally sized pupils in combination with a drooping eyelid on the side of the smaller pupil and decreased sweating on the same side of the face is known as Horner’s syndrome, named for Johann Friedrich Horner, a Swiss ophthalmologist who wrote up a case in 1869. When present, Horner’s syndrome indicates interruption of the sympathetic nervous system on that side of the body and is still a valuable tool in modern diagnosis.

The sympathetic nervous system helps govern various functions outside conscious control, like pulse, blood pressure, sweating, etc. The portion of the sympathetic pathway influencing the eyes and face follows a convoluted pathway that starts in the brain and flows down through the brainstem to the spinal cord. At the base of the neck, the pathway passes outward from the spinal cord and through the top of the lung. From there it rises through the neck again and into the head where it finally reaches the eye and face. A pair of otherwise identical sympathetic pathways serves each side of the head.

While Horner’s observations were valid and the syndrome has been known by his name ever since, he was not the first to recognize this condition. Instead, an American physician by the name of William Keen first diagnosed a case of “Horner’s syndrome” in an injured Union soldier during the American Civil War. The soldier, Edward Mooney, had been shot through the right side of his neck at the battle of Chancellorsville.

In 1864, along with fellow physicians, Silas Weir Mitchell and George Morehouse, Keen published a small book, “Gunshot Wounds and Other Injuries of the Nerves,” that included Mooney’s case report under the title “Wound of the Sympathetic Nerve.” Fresh out of medical school when he entered military service, Keen made the diagnosis upon recognizing the similarities between the soldier’s face and that of a cat illustrated in a textbook of physiology.

In 1905, near the end of Keen’s career as a pioneering neurosurgeon, the College of Physicians of Philadelphia published his reminiscences about the case:

“The first nervous case that I remember was a very remarkable one, and the first of its kind ever recorded. It occurred while I was executive officer at the Satterlee Hospital, West Philadelphia. As executive officer it was my duty to assign new patients to the wards, and also to transfer the cases in the specialties, such as the eye, nervous diseases, and injuries, etc., to the special hospitals. One morning, as I sat at my desk, a soldier applied for assignment. On looking up at him I said to myself: ‘You are Dalton’s cat.’

“Those familiar with Dalton’s good old textbook of physiology will remember a cat whose right cervical sympathetic nerve [the portion in the neck] had been severed. The left pupil is very large, the right one very small, and the moment I looked at this man I was struck by the similar condition of his pupils. I quickly asked him, ‘Where are you wounded?’ and when he pointed to his neck I said to myself again, ‘That ball destroyed the sympathetic nerve.’

“In the autumn of 1864 I took a copy of [our] book to Claude Bernard, in Paris, [a legendary physiologist and] the discoverer of the function of the cervical sympathetic and the effect of its division [cutting] upon the pupil and the blood vessels. He exhibited true Gallic enthusiasm when I showed him the first recorded case in the human subject, which confirmed his brilliant researches.”

“Dalton’s cat” was a drawing in John Call Dalton’s “A Treatise on Human Physiology.” Keen attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia between 1860 and 1862, and may have seen the drawing in either the first edition (1859) or second edition (1862). At a time when medicine was struggling to gain a scientific footing, Dalton’s writings were notable for being based on experimental observations. Dalton was one of America’s first physiologists and had studied with Claude Bernard after graduating from Harvard Medical School in 1847.

Easy Gulf Coast Grouper Fishing – Part II

June 17th, 2008

Ok, we have caught our bait and are now at or near the 100′ deep area and are ready to see if any grouper are going to cooperate.

Our rig consists of a heavy snap-swivel tied directly to your main line. Make a 2-3 foot leader of 80 to 100lb mono leader and put a heavy swivel one end and a 8/0 hook on the other. Slip enough lead on the snap to keep you on the bottom, usually 12 to 20 oz depending on the wind and tide, and then slip the swivel into the snap also. Hook a baitfish up through the bottom lips out through the top, right next to the fish’s nostril. Sink him down to the bottom and hold on! Sometimes it won’t even hit the bottom before something nasty grabs it.

At the beginning of this article I mentioned that you want a “fairly” stiff rod. Well, the reason you don’t really want a “broom stick” is it will effect the presentation of your baitfish. After you put 16 to 20 oz of lead and get to the bottom, the rod tip should be moving up and down a little bit with the contour of the bottom. This in turn makes your bait move more instead of just dragging in a straight line. I’m not saying that you should use a light weight rod by any means; just don’t use the stiffest rod you can find. Many times I have used a stiff rod on one side of the boat with a more flexible one on the other. Every time the flexible will catch more fish…..Try it!

Most people who grouper fish prefer to anchor up on a spot. Well, we like to drift for them. I guess it is just your personal preference. I like covering more area by drifting and there is a better chance of finding a new hot spot if you are lucky enough to drift over one.

Well this should help you get started catching more grouper. Please practice catch and release whenever possible and remember the large fish don’t taste any better than an average medium one. Take a picture and let the hog’s go back to catch again later.

If you enjoyed the articles please let me know and I will write more.

Thanks for reading!

Acquiring Construction Equipment

June 16th, 2008

Many companies and contractors in need of acquiring new or used construction equipment often don’t have the financial resources needed to buy the construction equipment outright, unless it is a large corporation or some branch of the government. This is when the option of renting or leasing construction equipment comes into play. Deciding to rent or lease often depends on what the contractor or business manager feels most comfortable doing from a financial perspective after evaluating the many possibilities and deciding what suits their need from long term leasing to short term renting. The side of construction equipment rentals has met a positive growth since 2004, where nearly 50% of construction equipment dealers’ are offering heavy equipment rentals as part of their operation.

There are two ways most companies acquire their construction equipment, renting or leasing. Many contractors or business managers viewed renting or leasing as an opportunity to test out construction equipment at no extra cost and with no strings attached with the possibility of buying. Most often the rental would be converted into a purchase to avoid losing the invested equity. Most buyers would also take into account whether their business is flourishing or floundering, before committing to buying any construction equipment. In a case where a business has an uncertain future, the potential buyers may deem renting as the best way economically and then return the construction equipment to its owner when the job is done.

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is the international trade and business development resource for companies that manufacture equipment, products and services used worldwide in the construction, agricultural, mining, forestry, and utility fields. The AEM has conducted a survey that predicted that in the near future, more construction equipment buyers will turn to the Internet for product purchases; as construction equipment buyers increasingly turn to the Internet for transactions, information and support.

Consequently, the rise of on-line auctions, sales, renting and leasing are made available by a variety of merchants who cater to the needs of companies and contractors worldwide. On-line merchants such as: Machine Mart, Rock & Dirt, Machinery Trader, Iron Planet, Contractors Hotline, etc. are only a few of the leading markets where companies and contractors alike can find nearly every piece of construction equipment they are looking for, from the top manufacturers such as Caterpillar and John Deere to many more. Many of these merchants offer the options of buying, selling, renting and leasing of new and used construction equipment to parts service and repair and machine maintenance. It’s always wise to investigate the background of any merchant before you place a bid or purchase any construction equipment, to ensure a good reputable stand point before entering into a contract with any dealer or merchant. It’s always wise to shop around and compare deals on construction equipment to other offers before committing to any deal.
